Chorus Information:

Chorus Rehearsals resume in January!

All chorus rehearsals are held in the gym. Students will wear their masks, socially distanced and organized by homeroom class.

K/1st Grade Chorus is called the LOWER PRIMARY CHORUS.

Lower Primary Chorus students sing with Mrs. Bishop in the gym from 7:30am-8am on the following schedule:

Mondays: 1st grade

Tuesdays: Rowe/Burchell

Wednesdays: Workman/Scott

Thursday: Schaffer/Geldhof

2nd/3rd Grade Chorus is called the UPPER PRIMARY CHORUS.

Upper Primary Chorus students sing after school each Monday from 2:35-3:15. All students will need a ride home from chorus rehearsal each week. UP Chorus members need to complete the UP Chorus transportation form and return it to their classroom teacher before attending rehearsals.

4th/5th Grade Chorus is called the INTERMEDIATE CHORUS. The first rehearsal will be September 16!

Intermediate Chorus students sing after school each Thursday from 2:35-3:15. All students will need a ride home from chorus rehearsal each week. I Chorus members need to complete the I CHORUS transportation form and return it to their classroom teacher before attending rehearsals.

LION KING cast (4th and 5th grade chorus members who auditioned) rehearses after school each Wednesday from 2:35-3:30 and from 3:15-3:30 on Thursdays (after chorus ends).

*If school is not in session due to a holiday, there will be no rehearsal that day.

2021 FCPS Elementary Honors Chorus

Mrs. Bishop is excited to share the 2021 FCPS Elementary Honors Chorus Virtual Concert Video! Normally this event is an in-person rehearsal day and concert. This year the entire event was held virtually. We congratulate our talented 5th grade Chorus members who represented VPE Chorus in this event! Congratulations: Abi B., Lucy B., Julia B, Patty D., Lily Claire M., E.J. P. and Caleb S.!! Your hard work in extra rehearsals for the event was certainly worth it!
