1. All-purpose flour, 500 g
2. Water, 300 g
3. Salt, ½ Tsp
Mix ingredients, knead into a dough. Use a noodle making machine to make noodles.
Ground chicken, 250 g
Diced Tomatoes, 14.5 OZ, 2 cans,
Green onion, chopped, 2 tbsp.
Cooking oil, 2 tbsp.
Soy sauce, 10 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 7 tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Heat up a frying pan. Add oil, chopped green onion, ground chicken. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Then add tomatoes, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.

Mix all ingredients, knead into a dough. Let the dough rise for 1-2 hours.

2. Napa, chopped, 250 g
3. Green onion, chopped, 2 tbsp
4. Ginger, chopped, 1 tsp
5. Cooking oil, 4 tsp
6. Dark soy sauce, 2 tsp
7. Salt 1 tsp
8. Sugar 3 tsp
9. Black pepper ¼ tsp
Mix dumpling fill ingredients 1-9 together. Take 30 g raised dough, roll the dough into a round wrapper. Fill in 20g of dumpling fills. Close the wrapper. Steam or fry for 12 minutes. Ready to serve
