Registration Dates & Times:

• Monday, May 19: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Spanish and Arabic interpreters available during both sessions)

• Wednesday, May 21: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Thursday, May 22: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Documents needed to register for kindergarten:
These can be emailed to Barbara Priest (barbara.priest@fayette.kyschools.us) or brought to JME when you attend registration week.

• Complete the online registration form at home or when you come to JME: https://www.fcps.net/school-resources/registration-enrollment/online-registration-for-school 

• Student’s birth certificate or other reliable proof of identity

• Two proofs of residential address: property deed or current lease agreement in guardian’s name and a secondary document - current utility bill (water, gas, electric, sewer) in guardian’s name

• Student’s up to date immunization certificate due by August 13, 2025

• If applicable, court document pertaining to your student.

We also need the following documents by the dates shown below:

• Student’s up to date immunization certificate due by August 13, 2025

• Student’s recent preventive health exam - due by September 15, 2025

• Student’s most recent dental exam - due by January 1, 2026

• Student’s most recent eye exam - due by January 1, 2026

• Optional, student’s social security card - your student will need this to apply for the KEES Scholarship in high school. Plus, by putting a copy of your student’s social security card in their school file, you will know where to go if you lose it. Just ask for a copy.
