  • Grade Levels: 11 and 12

  • Select "Other" and enter "WBL"

  • My interests: College and Career Readiness

    • You will receive an email that your application was received.

    • A few days later you will receive an email that your application was APPROVED. You must forward this the email to nicki.jones@fayette.kyschools.us before we can place a student at your site.

Filling out weekly evaluations on the intern or co op student so the student can submit it to the proper person at LTAC.
