Meetings of the Greek team:

First meeting:Tuesday 20th September 2017

Main topic: Inform of the students about the program and invitation for everyone to take part in it by visiting the web site Tritouparousiaweebly/erasmus

Second meeting: Friday 30th September 2016

Main topic:

i. Inform of the students about the Erasmus+ page on the social platform of Facebook , and encouragement of them to sign by visiting the following link : facebook.com/groups/erasmusplusxan

ii. Teachers asked the students to bring the foreign language degrees that each of them has.

iii. Assingnation of a project about Shakespeare’s life and work to the students. The theatrical plays that pupils had to work on were:

Ø Merchant of Venice

Ø Romeo and Juliet

Ø Macbeth

Ø King Lear

Ø Hamlet

The deadline for bringing the projects was set to be Friday 14th October 2016 and the day of presentations Sunday 16th October 2016.

Third meeting: Friday 7th October 2016

Main topic: Announcement of a new idea. Teachers suggested to create a video in which the members of the program will appear talking about it pointing out the actions of the Greek team.

Fourth meeting : Sunday 16th October 2016

Topic of argument: Presentation of the student’s projects.

Fifth meeting: Friday 4th November 2016

Topic of argument: Teachers announced to each student wich country they are going to visit

Sixth Meeting: Tuesdayη 8th November 2016

Topics of argument:

i. Analysis of the way mixed groups from pupils of all the countries are formed.

ii. Inform of the Greek pupils about the Shakespeare’s work each team is going to study due to the country of visit (Romania’s team, UK’s team etc). So, Denmark’s team has to study the theatrical play “Hamlet”. On the other hand, all the Greek pupils have to study “Rome and Juliet”. For that aim techers handed out copies of the work to every student in Greek translation.

iii. Acquaintanceship activities were accomplished.

iv. Pupils gave copies of their ID card for the aims of the program.

v. Students were informed about E-twinning,the way it works and how to use it.They were also given a declaration that should be returned in order to make clear if their parents agree to share pictures and videos that they appear in on the platform mentioned above.

Seventh meeting: Monday 22th November 2016

Topics of argument: Inform of the students about the leaving of one pupil from the program aand the internal changes for the teams. Specifically:

i. Theano Xtzikosma is moved from the Romania’s to the Denmark’s team.

ii. Apostolidou fotini is moved from the Turkish to the Romania’s team.

iii. Kavasakali Mara is moved from the Greek to the Turkish team.

Eighth meeting: Tuesday 13th December 2016

Topics of argument:

i. Pupils were given their accounts and passwords for the on-line platform of E-twinning. The web-site the should visit is the Following: www.twinspace.etwining.net

ii. Brief presentation of the program to the teachers and the Theatroligist of the 3rd Senior High school of Xanthi Mrs. Papakonstantinoy. Additionally teachers encouraged all the pupils to study some of the scenes of “Romeo and Juliet” by visiting the following web site: www.theatroedu.gr

iii. Students had to study five scenes of the play “Romeo and Juliet” from the leaflets they were given.

Ninth meeting: Tuesday 17th January 2017

Topics of argument: Teachers helped the pupils who faced difficulties to sign in their account twin-space. Furthermore leaflets with the international teams were hanged out and the teachers encouraged pupils to add profile photos to their accounts and write a paragraph describing their selves.

Tenth meeting: Wednesday 25th January 2017

Topics of argument:

i. Potencial of hosting pupils from Romania, Turkey and England.

ii. New international teams Συμμετοχη σε μικρο θετρικο παιχνίδι

iii. E-twinning

iv. Video with small expressions.Which students will participate in that activity?

The next meeting is arranged for Saturday 4th February 2017

Eleventh meeting: Saturday 11th February 2017

Topics of argument: Pupils were inform about the fact that the foreign student are going to visit And stay at Greece from Friday 5th May until Friday 12th May 2017.

We should be coordinated and ready to follow the helpful instructions of the English conductors because throw this process we are expected to create a theatrical play based on “Romeo and Juliet” but from a modern point of view. We should reform that play to fit in our modern perception of the world.

Pupils were also encouraged to start communicating with the foreign students.

The Greek team played th following games:

Ø Giants , Wizards and Elves

Ø A scene with the servants of the two houses

Ø “Can I stay at your house?”

Ø A “ Picture” from the theatrical play “Romeo and Juliet”

Ø The corridor of consience.

Twelfth meeting of Greek Erasmus+ team: Saturday 11th March

The Greek teachers presented the time table of the program activities to the students.

They, also, analyzed what the students are asked to do with their foreign partners while they are at Greece. Additionally, every student took a project to do in order to help finishing the preparations for the events on time.

Thirteenth meeting of Greek Erasmus+ team: Tuesday 4th April 2017

The final time table is announced. Teachers hand out copies of the program to every student.
