License Transfer Process
The State Broker Team will contact you via email with detailed instructions on the next steps of the license transfer process and what office location to join.
DO NOT transfer your license before you receive this email!
Wait for an email confirmation from the broker that your license has been transferred with the subject line: Welcome to EXP!
Once you receive this, your license has been transferred to EXP. You can now proceed to transfer your Realtor Association Membership and your BRIGHT MLS office.
