Step 7: Activate your eXp passport account

You will get a welcome email with the Subject line: Welcome to eXp Realty!

eXp Realty uses a secure, single sign-on system called eXp Passport. It allows you, with just one password, to access many of the eXp Realty tools you will use. eXp Passport is required, so please activate it today! The verification link will expire in 30 days.

If you experience difficulties activating your account, you can send a help request to the eXp Tech Support team using the link: https://support.expcloud.com/portal/newticket

Please set up, download, and bookmark on your computer these systems for success at eXp:

• eXp Enterprise: This is the hub for all systems used at eXp.

• Skyslope: This is the transaction management hub for eXp.

  • You will get an email “Welcome to SkySlope”, where you can set up your account with https://app.skyslope.com/AgentHome.aspx

  • We suggest using the same login and password as your eXp Passport for simplicity.

• kvCORE: eXp Realty offers agents kvCORE, a robust lead generation and marketing platform. All eXp Realty agents get the complete agent version of kvCORE without any extra charges.

  • Log In To eXpEnterprise.com

  • Click "Optional Services"

  • Locate "kvCORE"

  • Click "Sign Up"

  • Confirm Contact & MLS Details. You will NOT be able to change these details.

  • If something looks to be incorrect, STOP, and reach out to Agent Transitions/Onboarding and your state's eXp Realty Broker Team

    1. They can assist in updating your Enterprise account with the correct information.

    2. Once corrected then you can complete the opt in process.

  • Check The Box That States " I understand accounts that are inactive for 60 days will be closed."

  • Hit "Send" 

• eXp Email: The eXp email address is an “alias” that automatically forwards to the primary email account that was designated upon joining eXp. There is NOT a separate inbox specifically for the eXp email address.

• eXp Agent Starter Kit: Once you’ve activated your Passport account, use this link to access your Agent Starter Kit which includes your FREE business cards.

• eXp Office exclusives via Zenlist: ‘eXp Exclusives,’ is an off-market listing platform, powered by Zenlist.

  • Set-Up: Go to exclusives.exprealty.com from your desktop

  • Click “eXp Agents: Get Started” to set up your account

  • Select "eXp" as your MLS when prompted

  • Check your email for confirmation 

• Agent to Agent Referrals within eXp: https://exprealty.com/referrals

Once you have your eXp accounts set up you can access this referral site.  Here you can create a referral between you and any eXp agent in the United States.  This site will generate the form and get signatures. Once complete you will then take that form to Skyslope and create the transaction to get paid.
