Sam Voight
(Rugby Coach)
Sam is a RFU level 3 Rugby Coach. He has coached in multiple environments including Camberley Mens 1st XV, Farnham Mens 1st XV and the Bath Academy Pathway. He also works as a Coach Educator for the RFU.
Martin D'Mellow
(Basketball Coach & Badminton Manager)
Martin is a Basketball England L2 Coach and Table Official. He is the Founder (1996) and previous Chairman, coach and player at the Farnborough Phantoms, having coached for over 20yrs. Martin has coached College basketball teams since 2017.
Martin is also an ASA Assistant Coach in Badminton and has managed the Badminton Team for the past year.
Darren Della Maestra
(Tennis Coach)
Darren is an LTA Accredited Level 2 Tennis Coach. He has worked with young people from red ball to yellow ball development squads at Kingsley and Rowledge Tennis Clubs and currently at Aldershot Tennis Centre supporting the College Performance Tennis Programme.
Alex Hardy
(Football & Cricket Coach)
Alex is a UEFA B Licensed Football Coach. Alongside his college coaching, Alex is also a Foundation Phase Coach at Ascot United FC and the First Team Coach at Yateley United FC. Alex is also a ECB Level 2 Cricket Coach and has coached junior cricket in a variety of clubs in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
Vic Harry
(Football Coach)
Vic is an UEFA 'A' Licenced Football Coach. He has coached male and female football at all age groups and levels, including Aldershot Town Ladies FC, Fleet Town FC (Academy, U23's & First Team), Alton FC (Youth Director of Football, U18's, Reserve & First Team) and Vita Football (Gothia World Cup). Vic has also had a short playing career in Holland, Germany and England.
Adam Cosser
(Football Coach)
Adam has been at the College for five years with the Farnborough 6th Form Football programme. Adam is also a Football Development Manager for 360 Sports Education.
Adam has just finished Module 3 of the UEFA C Licence so will be a UEFA C Licenced Coach imminently and has aspirations to go on to complete his UEFA B Coaching Qualification.

Georgina Bates
(Netball Coach)
Georgina is a Level 2 Netball Coach and C grade umpire. She still plays competitive netball, umpires across the South region as well as coach club and junior netball in the local area. Georgina is heavily involved in netball across Hampshire, being involved in local leagues so her face may already be familiar! Georgina is passionate about seeing women from all backgrounds come together to play the sport they love and enjoy.
Catherine Peckham
(Netball Coach)
Kate is an experienced and dynamic netball coach with a rich background spanning grassroots to performance levels. With over 15 years of coaching, lecturing and leadership in netball, Kate has worked with Cardiff Met, Surrey and Southampton University Netball Programmes. She has also run community clubs and junior national teams across the UK and abroad, including time in Zambia preparing a Junior National Squad for African Netball Cup Competition. Her extensive credentials include roles as a UK Coaching Tutor and Assessor, University Lecturer and Performance Coach. She has delivered Coach Education Programmes, led development initiatives to boost participation, and supported NSL talented athlete pathways. For the past three years, Kate has been coaching for the College netball programme, further extending her impact on the development of young athletes. Passionate about inclusive sport and building great coach-athlete relationships, Kate holds a Masters in Coaching Science is a and Level 2 Netball Coach and Assessor.
Mohammad Zamani
(Volleyball Coach)
Mohammad has been coaching Volleyball for 15 years across various different age groups and competitive levels. He has played at National League level for 14 years across Iran and has a key focus on skill development, tactical awareness and team cohesion. With a strong academic foundation in sports science and injury prevention, Mohammad combines evidence-based methods with practical experience to train athletes holistically. His goal is to foster both technical excellence and personal growth in each player.
Alison Black
(Hockey Coach)
Ally is both a qualified coach and a regular player. Ally has just completed her Level 3 in Coaching and currently plays for a club locally and for England Masters. Her past experiences include coaching for Surrey and the South and she has recently been appointed the AoC Goalkeeper Coach.
Ally has plenty of experience from coaching at local clubs as well as other schools in the area. She is used to working with a wide range of players from less experienced to elite. In recent years, the College has been lucky enough to have several regional and international junior players amongst its intake which has helped Ally build teams and progress in all competitions. The hockey group play in Mixed, Mens and Ladies competitions and are current Mixed League Champions in their region and AoC Ladies National Cup winners two years in a row.
Ally is passionate about her sport and looks to help and improve the players and the teams as much as possible.
