It contains detailed information about what happens on Results Day, clearing and Higher Education/UCAS.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE OVERSEAS ON RESULTS DAY

For students traveling to the following countries, CristalWeb access restrictions will be temporarily lifted for 24 hours starting at 8:00 AM (GMT) on Results Day, Thursday 13 August 2026.

Europe (excluding: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine)
USA
Canada
Australia
New Zealand

This will allow you to view your results online and submit any requests for priority reviews of marking, in order to gain a higher grade for university entry.

Travelling anywhere else?

If you will be overseas for Results Day in a country not on the list above, please make sure you have completed the following Form you were sent in June, using your college google account,. We will then make arrangements to email your results to you as soon as possible on Results Day.

Please note that emailing results is a manual process, and while we will aim to send results as quickly as possible after release, there may be some delay. We cannot issue results over the telephone, so please remain patient and wait for us to email you.

Information for parents/guardians

You will notice that there are certain links that parents/guardians are unable to access, in particular any Google Forms. This is because any queries relating to results can only be submitted by the student. Due to Data Protection regulations, we are unable to process any results requests that come from parents/guardians - all requests must come from the student.
