If you have forgotten your CristalWeb password, please contact IT support as soon as possible on support@theprospecttrust.org.uk. Make sure you include your College email address and College ID number in your email and preferably do so from your College email account.
If you cannot see your results on CristalWeb, it is likely that you have not completed the College's clearing process. There are instructions on how to complete the College's clearing process in the 'Clearing from College' section of this website.
We sent you an email about this in July and asked you to let us know in advance if you will be out of the country for results days so that we can share your results with you via your personal email address. If this affects you, please complete this form as soon as possible to let us know.

Please go to the 'Post-Results' section of this website for all the information you need about ordering a script or getting a review of marking. You can then make the appropriate order through CristalWeb.
