The Portrait of a Graduate standards were created based on a multi-stakeholder initiative to determine what makes a ‘Daler’ a ‘Daler.’ The ten characteristics that were established are: respectful & resilient, value diversity, critical thinkers who communicate clearly, future focused (career pathways), leaders & problem solvers, independent & responsible, wellness, passionate learners, tech savvy & safe, and community minded.
