Class overview
Students in Grades K-8 will learn music appreciation, music history and basic music theory through the use of singing and classroom instruments. My goal is to build the music program to incorporate a band program in the future!
About Me
I am so happy to be returning to the Farmingdale community!
My teaching certifications include: Music, Spanish, History and Elementary so I have been teaching Music and Spanish in local area schools since 1999. I graduated from Franklin & Marshall College and Monmouth University. Music has always been my passion so I am excited to be sharing that with the students. I currently play alto saxophone with the Atlantic Wind Ensemble and hope the students can hear our group play sometime!
