Self-Care Video Series for Parents
The Committee for Children’s have created Winter Well-Being videos especially for parents. These videos can be found on the Committee for Children’s YouTube channel. Every Monday through the end of January a short video about mental health, will be presented by a licensed clinical psychologist. The weekly self-care videos will also include a daily practice grounded in research and SEL.
We have also linked the videos below and will be adding the new ones as they come.
