Preparing for the season (if not in a winter sport):
Please lift four days a week in the weightroom. Coach Surf has a plan for you in there. If you haven't been to the weightroom, I can meet you there on whatever day you are heading down, just let me know.
We do speed training on Mondays and Thursdays in the arena at 3:50.
Office tasks:
You must have a physical in order to practice. You can get those completed at a walk in clinic.
Communication:
Remind.com text messaging for parents/guardians/athletes. This will be a text message telling about alerts, schedule changes, meeting days, etc. It is not meant for anyone to individually contact Coach Grant or vice versa.
