Off-season

2024 Information

All players are required to be lifting throughout the off-season. Players are to participate in max-out weeks throughout the year. This way coaches can see your progress.

        -Workout cards are in the weight-room. Use even if you workout somewhere else.

        -Max out weeks are posted in the weight room.

        -Nolan Ryan Arm Exercises (See Below).

        -Resistance Band Exercises (See Below).

Open Gym

You do not need to contact the coaches if you are unable to attend these open gyms as they are not mandatory. Hopefully you are doing something to prepare for the upcoming season. If you are involved in another sport during the winter season, that takes priority. If you would like to participate in the open gyms please check with your in-season coach to make sure they approve. We hope to see you at as many of the open gyms as possible.

We will use Gym 2 from 8-9pm unless otherwise noted. A coach will be there about 7:45pm to open the doors.
