Monday:

All games are off today.
Practice tonight in the gyms
C Team @ 7-8:15pm
JV and V @ 7:45-9pm
Wednesday:
All teams practice 4-5:30pm at the field
Team meal in the commons after practice.
Thursday:
V and JV teams have games-please see the team pages for details (dismissal, bus, etc.)
Senior Night
C team practice at the field 4-6pm
Friday:
C team has a tournament-please see the team pages for details (dismissal, bus, etc.)
V and JV practice at the field 4-6pm
Saturday:
All teams have have games-please see the team pages for details (dismissal, bus, etc.)
Sunday:
All teams off
Be prepared for both games or practice (indoor or outdoor) on practice/games days.
If we get moved inside, we are typically the late practice time starting at 7 or 8pm.
You should always show up 10 mins early so we can get started at the scheduled time.
Players must be at practices and games. Please contact your team coach if something comes up.
You will always be responsible to bring your equipment (glove, cleats/running shoes, baseball hat, long sleeves,, and any other necessary equipment) Remember that this is North Dakota and you should dress accordingly.
2026: In-season lifting:
Please sign-up for the Human Performance class. If you cannot, please find time to workout on your own.
