Strong Performance at MARC Championships

F&M enjoyed a successful performance at the MARC Championships, earning a silver medal in the varsity four. The team was led by a novice four boat which included Meg Smith, Lily Rodriguez, Lucy Anstett, Lauren Caltrider and Nancy Nguyen. The Diplomats were the only team to enter a novice boat in the competition. Additionally, F&M earned another silver medal at the Knecht Cup in DIII V8 with a team of Riley Cox, Grace Bosley, Nicoletta Roman, Emma Lenz-Mann, Olivia Brick, Maddie Messer, Charlotte King, Daphne Heines, and Ana Petrosky. 

Regatta Highlights

• F&M placed second in the DIII Varsity 8 and fourth in the Novice Four at the Knecht Cup. The V8 team included Riley Cox, Grace Bosley, Nicoletta Roman, Emma Lenz-Mann, Olivia Brick, Maddie Messer, Charlotte King, Daphne Heines, and Ana Petrosky while the Novice Four team included Lily Rodriguez, Meg Smith, Nancy Nguyen, Lauren Caltrider and Lucy Anstett.

• At the MARC Championships, the Diplomats earned a fifth place finish in the V8 and second in the Varsity Four, despite entering a Novice Four boat. The V8 team was led by Riley Cox, Grace Bosley, Nicoletta Roman, Emma Lenz-Mann, Olivia Brick, Maddie Messer, Elyse Mielke, Charlotte King, and Daphne Heines. The V4 team was headed by Lily Rodriguez, Meg Smith, Nancy Nguyen, Lauren Caltrider and Lucy Anstett.
