In the reset room we always start everything with head down, hands down. It is quite simple but gives us all a chance to just take a moment to calm ourselves and to prepare for what is next.

Moving your body is more than just getting the wiggles out, it is an opportunity to control your body and in turn to help refocus and calm your mind.

Calming and refocusing might look different for everyone, maybe try a puzzle or maze, draw or color a picture or try meditation.
