Hey everyone, hope you're doing well. Here is a great workout for the week:  Superfun Marvel vs. DC Heros Workout...choose your favorites!

This week you can continue to work on your stick skills for all grade levels.  You can work on your stick skills (hockey skills) at home and  by yourself or with a partner, all you need are a couple things:

Hockey stick, broom stick, or anything else that could you can use to pretend it's a hockey stick

Small ball or rolled up socks

Hockey Skills:  1) Dribbling  2) Passing 3) Shooting on goal

Tuesday - Tag Tuesday, pick your favorite tag game and get your family to play...here is a new tag game we can try when we get back together Save the Turkey Tag..let me know if you think this would be fun to play!

Wednesday - Get 3 sets of our warm-ups in today.

Thursday - Training Thursday, try the Turkey Chase video and stay away from the angry farmer...pretend that you are running away from him.

Friday - FItness Friday, Whack a Turkey Workout, make sure to stop the video after each round if you got it wrong...enjoy!

WEEK OF NOVEMBER 9-13

Hey everyone, hope you're doing well.  We miss you all and can't wait until I can see you soon.  This week we would have been starting with stick skills for all grade levels.  You can work on your stick skills (hockey skills) at home, by yourself or with a partner, all you need are a couple things:

Hey Everyone...hope you are doing well and want to let you know how much I'm missing you all!!  This week (May 1-7) is National Phy. Ed. Week.  and May is National Fitness & Sport Month.  Try to be active for at least 60 minutes a day.  

Bike to School Day 2020: From a Distance

Monday - It's Moving Monday,  let's learn how to  The Wobble!....Today  is also May the 4th be with you!!  Watch some Star Wars movies...YES!!!

Tuesday - Tag Tuesday, pick your favorite tag game and get your family to play.

Wednesday - National Bike to School Day, since you can't, get out for a bike ride with your family.

WEEK OF APRIL 27-May 1

Looks like it might be a little wet outside this week, hopefully you will be able to get outside and play.  If you do, try getting a family member to go out and play catch with you.  It's baseball and softball season, see if you can work on your your throwing and catching skills.  If you don't have a baseball or softball, you can use a football, frisbee, or any other type of ball, use a rolled up pair of socks if needed.  We miss you all!!  Have a great week.

WEEK OF APRIL 13-17


I found some great resources online last week for us to use for our at home Phy. Ed.  If you have time, here are some packets for you to use this week.  All the information that you need is within the packet.  Activity logs are for your use only, I do not need them.  If you have any questions, please email me or contact me through google hangouts.


Monday - It's Moving Monday,  Even though it's the middle of April, get outside and help Mom & Dad shovel, build a snowman, or just play in the snow...it will be gone soon! (It better be)

Tuesday - Play some Rock, Paper, Scissors with a brother, sister, Mom or Dad.

Wednesday - Warm-Up Wednesday....Perform 3 sets of our warm-up exercises 

Training Thursday....take a few minutes and go outside and run around your house 10-15 laps or if you have a timer,  have your parents time you doing our 8 minute club for April if you didn't last week.,  remember you can't stop for it to count....if you can make 8 minutes, let me know using Google Hangouts

Friday - Fitness Friday, be an Avenger today!  Enjoy the weekend!  Get outside and play!

WEEK OF APRIL 6-9 

Last week we would have finished up our Jump Rope unit.  Here are a few ideas for you to use at home if you have a jump rope.  If you don't have a jump rope, you could use any type of rope, string, or even a crack in the side walk.  Any of the following videos will help you work on your skills:


Monday - It's Moving Monday,  try to pick 2 of your favorite Just Dance Videos to dance to....see if Mom and Dad will dance with you!

Tuesday - Tag Tuesday,  see if you can get your family to go outside and teach them one of your favorite Tag Games!

Wednesday - Warm-Up Wednesday....Perform 2 sets of our warm-up exercises
