Welcome to Fair Lawn High School! My name is Dr. Janette Fletcher and I am a member of the Child Study Team. I am a licensed clinical social worker and serve as the case manager for the students who attend out of district special education placements. I provide case management, counseling, assistance with programs, and crisis intervention. I have worked in Fair Lawn for a very long time and look forward to meeting and seeing you at the high school next year.

Welcome to FLHS! My name is Mrs. Meltzer and I am the LDT-C (Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant) on the Child Study Team. I am also a case manager for our special education students. This is my 16th year working at Fair Lawn High School; working 10 years as a teacher and starting my 6th year as an LDT-C. Welcome to Fair Lawn High School! My name is Mrs. Neugebauer (new-guh-bow-er) and I am a speech and language pathologist here at FLHS. I work with students on all sorts of things, like their language and social skills. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, and be outside as much as possible - whether it means hiking, visiting the beach, or just taking a stroll at a local park. Mr. Russomanno is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been on the Child Study Team at FLHS since 2013. As one of the members of the school's mental health team, Mr. Russomanno is available to all students for counseling.

Hi! My name is Dr. Wacha and I am a school psychologist, as well as a licensed clinical psychologist who works on the Child Study Team in the high school. I am also a case manager for our special education students. I have worked at Fair Lawn High School since 2010. I provide individual, group and crisis counseling to any and all students who need it.
