Joining the PTA is the best way to become involved in your child’s school experience. Whether you’re a working parent, a stay-at-home parent or even a grandparent, there are so many different ways for you to contribute, be it your time, your professional skills or your community connections. Becoming a paid member of our PTA is the easiest way to support us financially. Your membership fee contributes to our operating fund and helps us with general expenses, etc. Our meetings are regularly attended by our Superintendent of Schools and a member of the Board of Education. Attending our meetings not only provides you with the opportunity to ask questions of these individual directly, it will provide you with a host of useful information.
FLHS PTA hosts Project Graduation every year for our graduating seniors and other traditional events for our underclassmen. We also host several fundraisers throughout the year in partnership with our class parent committees.

We are a parent organization or PTA that supports music throughout the district. Our goal is to promote music activities, support music teachers and programs with fund raising and bring recognition to all music programs.
We provide grants for all music teachers in the district to supplement their budget. These grants vary according to how many people join and participation in fund raising. We also offer senior scholarship opportunities. This scholarship requires membership for three of four years in high school, student involved in music program in high school (band, chorus, orchestra) as well as participation in bi-annual canning activity (info given through instructors.)
Follow us on Facebook and scroll for a membership form. Go to FLFOM.com and select join membership to pay online. Find our form in documents on Genesis, print and mail in with check.
We sponsor biannual home shows in both Marching Band and Indoor Percussion. More information is announced on our Facebook page.

The Fair Lawn Parents Committee for Athletics (PCA) is an organization that supports the Fair Lawn High School Athletic Programs with resources necessary for our coaches and athletes to continue to build quality and competitive programs. The PCA coordinates with each individual program’s parent representative for fundraising opportunities to help enhance the experience for each student athlete. We are an all-inclusive committee comprised solely of volunteers, there are no dues requested to be a member of our organization. All are welcome to join and support Cutter Nation!
Any parent of an athlete is encouraged to participate in PCA to stay informed of fundraising activities, athletics programs, and the overall development and support of the athletics programs.
You can attend a PCA meeting where we will collect your name and contact information or you can send an email to the PCA mail box: flhspca@gmail.com.
The PCA facilitates monthly meetings in the evenings to discuss overall team status. The PCA also sponsors special events such as NCAA recruiting information as well as pursuing customized training programs dedicated to FLHS.
