託児サービス｜On-site childcare

本大会では、会場内に託児施設を設置予定です（民間の託児サービスを利用）。利用希望者は、９月末日までに参加登録を行なっていただだき、参加登録フォーム内（らくらくカンファレンス）で、利用する子ども人数、年齢等を入力してください。ただし、利用する可能性がある場合、申込みより先に連絡をいただけると助かります。

　託児サービスの利用料は、大会で全額を負担する方針でいますが、利用人数によっては（人数が多くなった場合は）、一部利用者負担となる可能性があります。子育て中でも参加しやすい大会を目指していますので、積極的にご利用ください。

　シンポジウム等をお子さんと聴講していただいても構いません。多少の賑やかさは歓迎いたします！

Childcare services will be available at the venue during the meeting (provided by an external childcare service). Participants who wish to use this service are asked to complete their registration by the end of September and indicate the number and ages of children in the registration form (Rakuraku Conference system). The meeting plans to cover the full cost of childcare; however, depending on the number of users (e.g., if demand is high), participants may be asked to cover part of the cost.
