Attendance

Members are expected to attend all scheduled meetings. Students may miss no more than two regularly scheduled meetings. Should you miss more than two meetings, you will be placed on probation, effective immediately. Members on probation will be informed by and will meet with the Beta Club sponsors. If on probation, you will be required to attend all remaining meetings for that school year. It is your responsibility to keep track of your membership status. Additionally, you must attend the meetings for at least 45 minutes in order to be counted present if you must leave early. Members must notify the sponsors if this situation arises.
