We are excited to let you know about a new service available to anyone interested in Farm to School/ECE in Nebraska - virtual office hours hosted by Nebraska Department of Education. Office hours are virtual sessions hosted monthly by experts in Nebraska Farm to School. The online sessions will be a live, interactive chance for you to hop on and get your Farm to School questions answered, as well as interact with others or just listen in to the topics being discussed. You do not need to be a member of the Nebraska Farm to School Network to participate, although membership is encouraged. There is no registration for office hours, just hop on the zoom link and hop off when your question has been answered, or stick around to hear questions others are having.
Each month we will highlight a specific topic or area of interest, to prompt you about issues you may have been thinking about. Questions will not be limited to the featured topic however. Office hours will be held on the second Tuesday of each month. Office hours are open to anyone from schools, ECEs, farms, ranches, and related farm to school support organizations. To accommodate typical daily schedule differences between schools and ECEs we will alternate the time slot each month.
Thursday, January 15 (1-2:30 PM CT)
Thursday, April 16 (10-11:30 AM CT)
Thursday, July 16 (1-2:30 PM CT)

Work together to tackle challenges that are too large for one organization to manage alone.
Recognize farm to school success and efforts across the state.
So much more!
These will take place in a virtual (Zoom) setting and are open to all Network Members. If you are interesting in attending, please email nde.f2s@nebraska.gov. We hope to see you there!
