We trust and assume the best in one another.
We follow through on our commitments.
We are honest about our individual capacity and respecting of others'.
We are present and engaged in interactions.
We cater to different engagement modalities and offer multiple ways to participate.
We actively acknowledge that we have our own strengths, limitations, and working styles.
We give space to listen to all perspectives.
We understand that disagreements are a natural part of innovation and approach disagreements with curiosity, honesty, and grace.
We take time to celebrate accomplishments, honor the value of contributions, and encourage one another.
The work of our network is driven by our members. No single entity leads the network. A designated Network Steering Committee handles the administrative tasks of the network with the Farm to School Specialist at the Nebraska Department of Education as the main coordinator. The Network Steering Committee is comprised of key Farm to School players, operates similarly to our working groups, and meets monthly.
