1. Agent attends “Contract Overview” training with Emily Geary. See Addevent calendar for fortnightly training dates http://cal.ae/iaeemdw 

2. Agent enters the offer into Agentbox and then emails executed contract and sales advice to their states email address - (nsw@expaustralia.com.au or qld@expaustralia.com.au etc) Contract is reviewed by state Licensee and approved

3. Emily Geary disperses contract to seller, sellers solicitor, buyer and buyers solicitor

4. Emily uploads contract details to Agent Box and creates offer against the property

5. The agent communicates with their contract parties through the contract stages on clauses and conditions then provides updates to Emily (Emily will follow the agents up on these matters if she does not hear from them when conditions are either close or expired) Please ensure we are cc'd in any correspondence.

6. Emily Geary updates Agent Box as the contract has clauses are satisfied or extended

7. Emily updates the listing in Agent Box once the contract becomes unconditional, settled or if the contract is terminated

8. Once a deposit has been paid by the buyer funds are receipted and emailed to the buyers.

9. All parties are notified via email that the deposit has been received into our trust account

10. Once the property is unconditional we will disperse the commission tax invoice to the seller, seller’s conveyancer and listing agent via email

11. Agent to request Sellers Account details for balance of funds in readiness for settlement. Nominated account details to be requested via securexchange.com.au 

12. Conveyancers and or Agents send Emily Geary notification that the property has settled and Emily updates the property as settled in Agentbox.
