Systems Onboarding Process
1. Activate your eXp Passport (automatic email is sent to agent upon signing their agreement)
2. Agent will receive an email to download eXp World & Workplace chat/Facebook
3. Download eXp World & Workplace chat/Facebook
4. Agent will receive an email containing passwords to eXp portals. Note save links/websites to your favourites tab
5. Agent will receive an email to access/download shared drive “Agent Drive”
6. Onboarding Zoom Meeting - where we run through any questions and Portal accesses
7. Agent to supply any outstanding documentation to Kirstin Fahy (insurance or proof of income etc)
8. Agent sets up email (Outlook) with Tech Support via eXp World.
Marketing Onboarding Process
1. Agent attends Onboarding meeting
2. Welcome email is sent to agent requesting bio, agent photo
3. Marketing information provided in Onboarding meeting
4. Onboarding Specialist will set up agent on Rate My Agent and Homepass
5. Make sure you provide your Profile Picture
6. Agent to email a bio and photo to Onboarding Specialist.
7. Agent bio and photo is added to our eXp website, REA & Domain
8. Post Onboarding checklist will be emailed out approx. 7 days after start date
