CANCELLATION TERMS
Students will incur a cancellation charge of:
$150 processing fee for any cancellations before October 4th
$250 fee after the deposit due date but before December 4th
100% of the total package fees and charges for any cancellation made after December 4th, 2026
Optional Day Trip Fees are non-refundable

What's included in the program fee:
Tuition for Spanish 101 and Spanish 102
Homestay housing with breakfast and dinner daily
Guided walking tour of the Gothic Quarter
Guided visit to Parc Güell
Guided visit to Sagrada Familia
Flamenco class
Excursion to Girona and the Dalí Museum, including transportation, a guided tour, museum entry, and a picnic
What's not included in the program fee:
International flights
Meals not listed under program inclusions
Private transportation outside the inclusions list.
Your own transfer if you arrive or depart outside the group flight pickup window
