There were several times this year when I demonstrated my ability to communicate. One time that stuck out to me was when I had to complete a presentation about a project that I completed in science class. We had to share information about a topic from the class with others. I created a poster that supported my presentation.
While this is an example from class, I have also demonstrated my ability to communicate with my basketball teammates. One time at a practice, someone said something that was hurtful to someone else and I was able to share how I was feeling to them. This was really hard for me to do, but I am working on being able to have difficult conversations with others.
