Our Culinary Arts program offers students the opportunity to explore the numerous career paths of our industry to see if it is a career they wish to seek out post-graduation. Individuals will learn the basics and more advanced techniques through the ProStart curriculum textbooks and hands-on applications. Acquiring ServSafe certifications will be a huge benefit to those students who would like to make a career in the hospitality industry. A few imperative skills that students will practice are:
