ServSafe Food Protection Manager, Food Handler, Food Allergen Certifications.
Professional Experience:
Chef Anthony Votto joined the EWG team in August 2024. He teaches students all aspects of the Culinary Arts industry, although he specializes in instructing Baking & Pastry Arts. Chef Votto has three years of teaching experience and has managed bakeries, as well as helped run school Foodservice Management with Aramark.
Visions for the Future:
To grow the brand new program and establish district & partner relationships to provide students with industry experience.
