Bart is one of the main characters of Blazing Saddles and plays a major role in the story. He is extremely mindless and signs off on paper without reading them due to his distraction of women and toddler toys. Mel Brooks is known for his directing in movies such as Space Balls and Young Frankenstein.

Played by Harvey Korman, Hedley Lamarr plays as the villain of Blazing Saddles. He has hatred for the town of Rock Ridge and wishes little success on the town. He is known for winning the best supporting actor award in 1974.
