East Valley finds students eligible for NewTech and Skills Center at SVT based on two criteria: 1) the student is an 11th or 12th grader, and 2) the student is no more than 2 credits off-track. Transportation to AM and PM programs is available. However, students who attend the AM session and plan to take the school bus must have a ride to school EVHS on late-start Mondays.
NEWTech is a regional career and technical education partnership working to prepare 11th and 12th grade students for careers, employment, apprenticeship opportunities, and college. You must attend an orientation and apply to be considered for NewTech.
