Visitors

  • Only essential visitors will be allowed into a school to reduce the likelihood of someone bringing COVID-19 into the building.


  • If a parent needs to drop something off for her/his child, s/he will use the buzzer system at Door 1 and announce the name of the student and what s/he is bringing for the child. S/He will then be buzzed in to enter the foyer area. Visitors will label the items with student's name and teacher's name. The item will be left on the table by the office. Office staff will call students down to retrieve their items from the foyer.


  • If parents are dropping off medication, they will announce their arrival to the secretary using the buzzer system at Door 1. The nurse or administrator will meet them in the foyer.


  • Parents must have a mask on when entering the building for the safety of our staff and students.


  • Parents/Guardians needing to meet with an administrator, teacher or guidance counselor must schedule the meeting in advance. Use of phone or video conferencing will be encouraged.


  • Until further notice, visitors will not be allowed to eat lunch with students or provide volunteer services at the school due to concerns of exposure to COVID-19.
