Where will the 2018 ICE-Indiana Conference take place?

The 2018 ICE-Indiana Conference will take place at Noblesville High School, located at 18111 Cumberland Rd, Noblesville, IN 46060.

Is ICE-Indiana a good conference for me to attend?

If you are an educator, pre-service educator, or member of the Education Technology community, ICE-Indiana is a great fit for you. Teachers, media specialists, counselors, coaches, IT staff, and administrators from all levels can find content to enhance their work at the ICE conference. While we are the Indiana affiliate for the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), we welcome attendees from across the nation and around the world. If you are interested in transforming teaching and learning in the Digital Age and preparing students to be Future Ready, then ICE-Indiana is a great fit for you. We hope you will join us!

What is the cost of registration for the 2018 ICE-Indiana Conference?

During the Early Bird Period for registration which runs from March-July the cost is $100 for a full 2-day registration, and $65 for a 1-day registration. Beginning in August, the regular price to attend is $150 for a full 2-day registration and $85 for a 1-day registration. Pre-service teachers who are full-time students can attend the conference at a reduced price of $60 for the 2-day conference (valid student email required). Pre-conference activities on October 10th vary in price, and will be listed as options at registration.

What is included with my registration cost?

Registration includes:

• Access to all main conference events and sessions, including nationally-recognized keynotes and spotlight sessions.
• Attendee materials and giveaways.
• Access to multiple exploratory, hands-on learning spaces.
• Networking and collaboration opportunities with education and technology leaders.
• Continental breakfast and catered lunch each day.

How can I support ICE-Indiana beyond attending the conference?

The Indiana Connected Educators are a 501(C)3 non-profit that is dedicated to serving all educators in the Digital Age. There are many ways that you can help us in our mission:

• Join ICE-Indiana. It's free and it helps us to get the word out about the opportunities we provide.
• Participate in our activities throughout the year. We are always looking to make new connections and grow our personal learning network. You can connect with us on Facebook and Twitter, and through our newsletter.

Is it possible to attend only one day of the 2018 ICE-Indiana Conference?

Yes. We offer both 1-day and 2-day registrations.

If I am interested in presenting at the 2018 ICE-Indiana Conference, what should I do?

There are many opportunities to share your leadership and expertise at ICE-Indiana. Our call for proposals will open in February and will close at 11:59 PM on March 18th. Keep an eye on this site and on our social media for this opportunity.

This year we are excited to feature spotlight content that is focused on our theme, VOICES. If you are an education leader who speaks to this theme in some way, please reach out to us by contacting Tim Wilhelmus or Michele Eaton.

Finally, we are developing a slate of Indiana VOICES who can speak to our theme in an exciting series of Ignite-style spotlights. We want to capture and share the diversity and quality of our Hoosier educators' voices. These will occur throughout the conference and will be recorded to share with the world.
