Thomas is the European director at Collen Construction Ltd and is responsible for delivering Hyper-Scale Data Centre projects across Europe. He was awarded the Gold medal category winner and the overall Construction Manager of the Year Award by the Chartered Institute of Building for his work on delivering large Data Centres and 110Kv sub-stations.

Dr. Claire Penny

Global Digital Evangelist at Invicara, Ireland.

Claire is an internationally renowned and respected public speaker in the field of digital transformation in construction. She owns an in-depth understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications to help construction firms realise their full digital potential and deliver on their digital strategies. 

Claire previously worked at IBM for over 19 years, and more recently, she was the Commercial Director at Wia Technologies Ltd. She has a record of successfully converting innovation projects into commercialized, revenue-generating products.


Prof. Thomas Bock

Chair of Building Realisation and Robotics at the Technical University of Munich, Germany.

Bock's research and prototype development develops solutions for affordable housing, energy-efficient renovation of existing buildings and the ageing society. He is the founder of the first European commission for construction robotics at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNSR), co-founder of IAARC and the Asian Habitat Society and advises governments and academies worldwide.

Thomas has worked on over 50 automated and robotic product and production systems in the most innovative construction companies in Europe, USA and Japan. He is also a co-author of more than 500 articles on digital construction.

Mr. Ronan Collins

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Ronan is committed to driving innovation and digital transformation in the construction industry across the Middle East and the Far East. Throughout his professional career, he led the implementation of digital solutions and services for large-scale projects worldwide. 

Ronan's vast practical experiences can support the A-EYE project with his valuable practical insights regarding digital transformation in construction to exploit the technology's ultimate potential. 

Mr. Mike Stenson

Global Head of Innovation at Kingspan Group, Ireland.

Mike is the Head of Innovation at the giant construction materials producer, Kingspan. He is responsible for setting the innovation agenda for the company in research and development, new products, and future technologies. Before taking over this role, he was the Regional Operations Director at Kingspan for more than 11 years. 


Mike is widely recognised as a senior executive with international experience across many industries. Over the past 14 years with Kingspan, he has been responsible for restructuring business operations development and executing the manufacturing and supply chain strategies for several operations centres across Europe.

Mr. Sean Halpin

Director Of Operations at JT Magen & Company, USA.

Sean joined J.T. Magen in 2010 to lead the large company's operations. His coordination with the J.T. Magen project management and estimating teams ensure on-site efficiency and productivity. He also directs advanced systems for project management, insurance, risk, health and safety, billing, collections and project closeout.

Sean Halpin is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has 30 years of experience in the field of construction and real estate development. His areas of practical expertise include project management, contract negotiation and administration, property development, site evaluation, appraisals, asset management, risk assessment, auditing and reporting. 

Ms. Vicki Reynolds

Chief Technology Officer, I3PT Certification Body, Ireland.

Vicki has held various roles across a number of high-profile construction projects in the UK. Her experience as a BIM Consultant with Turner & Townsend saw her develop procedures and roll out best practices on projects such as the Battersea Power Station Development Project and the iconic Shell Tower Refresh on London’s South Bank. 

During her time at Multiplex, Vicki developed and implemented a plan for the digital upskilling of hundreds of employees, and helped the organisation to transition to model first project delivery. A UK BIM Alliance Ambassador and member of the digital construction special interest group for the CIOB, Vicki is an active member of the BIM and digital construction community, both locally and globally.
