Enroll for Presentations and Posters
Participants may apply for poster presentations. Please send the scientific summaries of your posters prior to the conference. We also ask our speakers to send the summary of their oral presentation. The summaries of the congress presentations and posters will be published and distributed amongst the congress participants and it will also be available online on the webside of the congress.
Please prepare your summaries in English, in the following structure:
Title of the presentation/poster
Name of author followed by co-authors
Author affiliation, followed by co-author affiliation
The summary of the lecture/poster (1 A4 word document, Font: Times New Roman 12, maximum 500 words - please use this submission form)
Please send the abstract of your lecture/poster to: info@williams.org.hu
Deadline: 30 September 2014
Due to the printing deadlines abstracts received after the specified date will not be accepted. Please indicate if your abstract has already been presented at other events.
Posters abstracts will be reviewed by the EWSC 2014 Poster Committee after 30 September 2014. Poster applicants whose poster abstract is accepted for inclusion as a poster board will be informed in writing no later than 20th of October 2014. Poster applicants are not exempt from paying the full registration fees to attend EWSC 2014.
The display panel is 1 meter x 2,2 meter.
