Registration fees
Due to recent local tax law changes catering cost will be detailed on the conference invoice. All prices include VAT at the local rate.
Speaker expenses are fully covered: flight (second class), accommodation, food and added programmes. There is no expert fee for the presentations.
The basic registration fee includes: participation in the presentations, the programme, coffee breaks and entry to the exhibition.
For Central/Eastern European member countries of FEWS, a Fellowship program is available. A limited number of participants can get reimbursement of their travel and hotel costs and they have no registration fee. The maximum reimbursement per person for travel expenses is 258€.

The transportation using a private car has a different procedure according to the Hungarian law, please use this Reimbursement Form in this case!

All registration will be considered final when the registration fee and accommodation rate are cleared at our bank account.
If you wouldn't like to stay at the Venue Hotel, please, note it on your registration form.

We will send you the invoice upon complete registration and payment. Please make sure you provide the correct invoice address.

Cancellation, refund
70% of registration fee and accommodation rate can be refunded before 10th November 2014, none thereafter. All unpaid accommodation will be deleted 10 days before the event.
