There are many online resources to assist students who are looking for a monologue. It is important, however, to remember that monologues need to be from a published play for most instances. You should also read the entire play before you perform a monologue so that you understand the basic situation and subtext of your monologue. Trust me, the judges and the audition panel probably will have.
