Registration and hotel booking

Thanks to the generous contributions of our sponsors (Congressi Stefano Franscini, ThermoFisher Scientific, Nu Instruments, IsotopX, Gasometrix, Entracers, The European Association of Geochemistry, The Meteoritical Society, and NCCR PlanetS), we are able to reduce the registration fee to CHF 50. The registration fee includes the welcome drink, coffee breaks, the excursion and conference dinner.

Deadline for registration: June 19.

Registration and room booking is a 2-step process:

1)    You should first register on the dedicated webpage, and pay the CHF 50 registration fee. Following payment, you will receive an email with an “event code”.

2)    You should then use this “event code” to book your hotel room (including breakfast) at a reduced price on the Monte Verità website: http://shop2.monteverita.org/en/. On the latter website, you also pay for the meals (lunches and dinners). For information, the prices of boarding and lodging (rooms, breakfast, lunches, dinners) should be around CHF 600.

Please note that the number of single rooms at the conference site hotel is limited; if you require a single room, we recommend you to book one well in advance. Sharing a bedroom with another participant will increase the chances of finding an available room at the conference site hotel. If you have a suggestion for the room sharing, you can indicate a name at the time of booking.

Note that parking is free at the conference hotel. It is also possible to book extra nights at the hotel after the workshop, but without reduced price. Please directly ask the Monte Verità hotel in case you are interested in extending your stay.
