Nestled in a quiet park above Ascona in the Swiss Italian speaking region Ticino, the Monte Verità conference center is the perfect place for us to meet away from everyday distractions and fully immerse in noble gas science. 

Train:

It is possible to take the train from the Goldschmidt conference in Lyon, France to DINGUE in Ascona, Switzerland. The nearest main train station in Switzerland is in Locarno and the train between Lyon and Locarno takes about 7.5 - 8 hours.

Airplane:

The international airports in Milano (Malpensa) and Zürich are both about 2.5 h away from Locarno with public transport. 

Please note that public transport times mentioned here are examples of the current situation and that travel times might change before July 2023.

A free shuttle bus will be arranged on arrival day to go from Locarno to Monte Verità from 2 pm to 6 pm.
