- We offer free shipping to United States. No shipping to Puerto Rico.
- We also offer military APO/FPO and P.O Box shipping
Do you ship to Canada?
- Shipping to Canada is only available through amazon.ca
Can a customer request a signature on a package?
- Yes. A signature can be added to an order. Please ask our logistics team before promising it to our customers.
Do Canadian customers have to pay duty fees for replacements?
- No. We take care of these charges. If the customers has not yet paid the fees, ask for a receipt, order number and tracking numbers. Send it over to our Logistics team so they can contact the carrier. If customer has already paid the fees, ask for a receipt of the fees and issue a refund back to their account.
