Lunar New Year - CN Team Brand assignments (2/9-2/17)
Replacements
CN team will be process replacements on 12/13 and 12/15. Zendesk templates have been updated to indicate 1-3 weeks for delivery. For any urgent replacement requests, please send a Teams message to NA CX&CS Team. An example of a message would be: "Urge Shipment: R-113-9655203-8823405"
Refunds
The finance team processes refunds every 2 days. There are no changes during the holiday.
Zendesk ticket assignments
Cosori - US team will help reply to tickets regarding the L501 (Pro LE 5-qt air fryer) and LI211 (2-qt air fryer). Other models should be assigned to the CN team. The list has been adjusted on the KB main page.
Etekcity - Please assigned selected products to CN team as usual.
Levoit - Handle all Levoit tickets (including CN assignments). For more information regarding the tower fans, please refer to Allison's Outlook email (Levoit Tower Fans Training Recap).
