Welcome to the URI Chapter of ESW!

URI Engineers for a Sustainable World aims to promote a space where students are committed to learning more about sustainability and combining their expertise towards environmental problem-solving. 

We strongly advocate a stress-free, collaborative, and open-minded community to create an atmosphere of equality in decision-making while we work together on current-day issues with diverse aspects of engineering. 

We encourage our members to build off of one another and help each other with the project they are working on, as well as aiming to give these members the chance to gain experience that they could take into an internship or career. 

This is done with the objective of working on various environmental, social, and economic problems that motivate the URI ESW group and further our sustainability goals while maintaining a fun and creative environment.
