I'm Mrs. Chambers, and I’m so excited to be your child’s 6th-8th Grade Math and Science teacher this school year. This is my tenth year of teaching and have a passion for helping students grow as critical thinkers, problem solvers, and curious learners. My classroom is a place where questions are encouraged, mistakes are part of the learning process, and effort is always celebrated.
I earned my degree in BA in Child and Adolescent Development from San Jose State University and my MA in Education and Teaching Credential form University of Phoenix. I continue to seek out new strategies and tools to make learning engaging and meaningful. Outside of teaching, I enjoy traveling, reading and spending time with my husband, five children and one grandson.
I believe strong communication and collaboration between school and home are essential for student success. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to share anything you think will help me support your student better. I’m looking forward to a fantastic year together!
