The Hilton Head residence provided the opportunity to transform a 1400Sq/Ft condominium from a 1980's vacation home into a contemporary permanent residence.

The main goal of the project was to integrate all social spaces together and update all private spaces without requiring any major structural modifications. Integration was achieved through the design of an open kitchen and a continuous flooring system. The updated private spaces created a new master suite with a custom walk-in closet and vanity, and a separate soak-tub area.
