The Y House is a single family residence currently under development in upstate New York. The design uses a traditional 'house' profile to create three separate wings (one for the family, one for guests, and one for a studio) that curve into each other at the center and form the main gathering spaces. Each wing helps to create different exterior spaces and amplify the views of the Hudson Valley.

The House of Courts is a residence currently under design in the northern hills of the town of Villa de Leyva, Colombia. The house, a single-story brick and concrete structure, plays with the traditional courtyard typology of the region to produce a variety of internal outdoor spaces while simultaneously framing and highlighting the majestic views of the surrounding mountains.

The Hilton Head residence provided the opportunity to transform a 1400Sq/Ft condominium from a 1980's vacation home into a contemporary permanent residence.
The main goal of the project was to integrate all social spaces together and update all private spaces without requiring any major structural modifications.
