Band is a semester/ year long, beginning to advanced level course designed to provide the student an enriching musical education . The student will learn the fundamentals of their instrument, solo and ensemble performance skills, music literacy, and foster and promote musical growth through playing. Students will learn how to produce a healthy, proper tone on their instrument, how to read and play music notation, scales, beginning music theory, composition, and ensemble skills as we play together in class or in an online setting.
