Nomination procedure

Our nomination and application system is completely online (see dates and deadlines in the Academic Calendar page). 

Nominations to ESSEC Global BBA  are open twice a year:

For the Fall semester (August-December) - April 5th-30th (from Fall 2022)

For the Spring semester (February-June) - October 5th-30th

We do not accept free-mover exchange students.

All coordinators from our partner universities receive detailed instructions for accessing our online platform at leat 48h before the opening period. 

Once a nomination is submitted, the nominating coordinator automatically receives a confirmation notification.

Throughout the entire nomination process, partners can monitor their accounts and track any modifications they make.

After the nomination period closes, all nominated students will receive an email with clear instructions on how to proceed with their application. 

These messages are sent a couple of days before the start of the application period to ensure students have enough time to prepare.

Coordinators are encouraged to reassure their students that everything is being handled smoothly, according to a specific timeline and that there is no cause for concern.

Students with disability or special needs

If you have any students with special needs, please inform us at the time of nomination by email. For confidentiality purposes, details about the student's condition and the kind of support needed should be sent directly to the student nurse. 

Students will be given the opportunity to contact the student nurse and provide supporting documents during applications.

Extension of exchange period

This applies to already nominated students: 

If one of your students wishes to extend their stay from one semester to a full academic year—and you support this request—there is no need to submit a new nomination. Simply contact us in writing to inform us of the change, and we will update their study period accordingly.

Once the modification is confirmed, we will issue a revised acceptance letter reflecting their new exchange status.
