Nomination procedure

Our nomination and application system is completely online (see dates and deadlines in the Academic Calendar page). 

Nominations to ESSEC Global BBA  are open twice a year:

for the Fall semester (August-December) - April 5th-30th (from Fall 2022)

for the Spring semester (February-June) - October 5th-30th

We do not accept free-mover exchange students.

All the coordinators from our partner universities receive instructions to access our online platform. 

Partners will be able to check their accounts and the modifications they make the entire time the process lasts.

Students with disability or special needs

If you have any students with special needs, please inform us at the time of nomination by email. For confidentiality purposes, details about the student's condition and the kind of support needed should be sent directly to the student nurse. 

Students will be given the opportunity to contact the student nurse and provide supporting documents during applications.
