Administrative enrollment
Mandatory online Enrollment (after acceptance)
After the academic application, students receive an email from the Registrar along with a link to their platform, Ariane.
Online enrollment has to be completed before arrival.
You will have to complete several sections and upload the following documents (section "YOUR IDENTITY"):
ID page of passport (ID card accepted for EU citizens)
Photograph – passport format (upload a recent ID picture, as it will be used for your ESSEC student card.)
For double degree students: a copy of birth certificate stating: family name, first name, date and place of birth, and first and last names of father and mother is mandatory for all the students who will obtain a degree in France.
IMPORTANT: if the document is in another language than French or English, you will have to get a translation from a certified translator.
Your permanent address in France: for some entities such as the French Social Security, it is imperative to provide an address in France. In case you have booked a room at Alegessec but do not know which residence or room number you have been attributed yet, just write ALEGESSEC. If you don't know your address yet, please indicate your home address and you'll update it after your arrival through your MyRegistrar intranet.
Visa: Once you get your visa, please upload it on the MyRegistrar intranet. (or French residence permit, if applicable)
A proof of Health Insurance is not required at that stage but kindly note that it is strongly recommended for students to have coverage during their stay.
Please ignore sections such as "Tuition Fees", you do not need to pay any tuition fees at ESSEC as an exchange or double degree student.
However, please bear in mind that you're reliable for a €115.00 service fee. (Since Spring 2023)
